The companion disc to the Neurosis Times of Grace CD. Grace is sonically designed to be played simultaneously with the Neurosis disc, yet it easily stands on its own. Grace possesses the same dynamic flow, fundamental texture and emotional impact as Times of Grace. By using only the basic frame – synchronizing track by track to follow approximately with Neurosis’ Times of Grace it’s able to be abstract instead of representational, access emotions in their primal form rather than describing them, and embrace multiplicity and ambivalence over the direct and obvious.

"Grace" is composed of sounds taken from Neurosis' "Times of Grace", manipulated and combined with atmospheric textures to express the same underlying tone and emotion as the original. Dialogue and sound effects are strategically placed to interact dynamically with the Neurosis version. Listeners are encouraged to experiment with different sources, different spaces, different speaker placement, and different volume relationships to bring an added dimension of life and spontaneity to the standard of passive stereo listening.
